MINSK, March 26 (Xinhua) -- Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has dismissed two regional officials for failure to ensure proper business conditions and production discipline, the president's press service said on Tuesday.
The president decided to fire the governor of the Mogilev region and the head of the Shklov district executive committee after visiting Shklov district. During his inspection, Lukashenko was dissatisfied with livestock management and the state of production facilities at a dairy complex there.
Noticing a gross violation of technological processes, extremely unsatisfactory conditions of livestock and management, as well as messy scenes on the farm, including inoperative equipment, scrap metal and old parts, the president demanded that local officials arrange proper work of the farm and punish those responsible.
Mogilev region locates in east of Belarus with its administrative center Mogilev being the third largest city in the country. Shklow is a town in Mogilev region.
